Alone Together
Budgets and Timelines
On this page you will find the budget plans and a timeline of our performance process. I have embedded the images within the website and provided explanations of why we have chosen these specific finances/ particular dates for the process.
Budget Plan
This budget plan was made in accordance over the equity rates of pay.
In order to create this budget plan we had to consider other sources of income other than that of Arts Council England Funding.

We considered our connections as a company, with our previous education and projects we considered where would be most beneficial for networking and engaging within the industry.

The importance with arts council funding is that no profit can be made from the project. So all the numbers must balance at the end which you can see the final number resulting in 100. This means 100% of the money has been used for our ACE funded project.

We considered all aspects of things we can acquire and what we would need to organise, such as insurance for the company and the potential of using some of our own private income in the project just as a safety net just in case we come across any issues we didn't consider with this being our first project.

Overall, we feel this budget plan is well thought and covers a lot of the criteria which the Arts Council will need to investigate and hopefully fund our project.
An investigation into using musicality as a performance score.
Time Line
This timeline is a brief description into what we plan to do during our project. As we have planned for a 6 week tour we are able organise scratch nights as a method of research and development and also use this to find the best way to allow our audience to engage with the work.

We have taken into consideration marketing strategies with social media, and even contacting venues and speaking to set designers etc. This gives us enough time to consider all the variables for our performance and evaluate how we feel the performances went.

We have also given ourselves time to complete any forms of rehearsals and evaluations.
